In this video, Chris is roleplaying a sales call with a prospect who is objecting to price (I know, something that is not relevant AT ALL in WordPress, right? *sarcasm*). Interesting conversation and Chris brings up some great negotiation points. That said, I wouldn't recommend negotiating price on a phone call.
