bruteprotect.com | Dec. 23, 2014 | 3 min read

Effective immediately, BruteProtect does accept new sites for My BruteProtect and disabled the downtime emails. Protection against botnet attacks will not be interrupted, BruteProtect will continue to protect of sites for free until the end of 2015.

I really like the login protection, it feels safe and it works very well. Actually I don't like to install Jetpack for a single feature. What kind of botnet protection should people use instead?

Hi Vladimir,
thats nice, but I'm not using your WP management system :) maybe I should use the no CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA ...

I installed the plugin for a new site and the Bruteforce protection is available as for other site. The uptime monitor and the website management features are gone (these are available in Jetpack now). That's okay for me, I will see what's going on over a year :)
